Work-oholic? Not by choice!

After yet another GONG show 10 hour day at work, I am home and ready for bed. 

Thankful Thursday

• Edwardian Script (see above), doesn't it look like what a certain vampire's cursive would?

• Bedtime

• My personal trainer (aka DW)

• Job security... even if only for myself right now

• Stupid/cheesy movies (such as Flicka, which I watched today)

• Ryan, from the OC.. aka Ben, on Southland (new series) (real name: I'm too tired to care/google)

Okay, so it isn't Thursday anymore... big whoop!

Thankful Thursday

• I am SO stinking thankful it is FRIDAY!!!! Only 8 more hours, and I have some freedom! HUZZAH! 

• I have a sink!!! I HAVE A SINK! No more tub dishes!! Ohh Life is good!

• I found new books to read... I don't LOVE them, but they are helping work pass by faster! It is the House of Night series by P.C. Cast & Kristin Cast. A little to much like vampire meets witch, with a good dose of cult thrown in. I am a vampire lore snob, and thusly, lore that isn't along the same lines as what I already love, is redonkulous! Seriously, they spell vampire, vampyre! What is that? Sure, every time I read it, it reminds me of story time with Andrew, but still.. come on!

• I fell in love with Second Cup's Chai Latté, made with soy! Oh my lanta! So good! I have never much liked Second Cup before, probably because my darling Lindsay introduced me to Starbucks' Caramel Frappuccino in New Zealand. And frankly, SC's chillers, just didn't compare. Then I tried the Chai Latté! I have been getting a soy chai from Starbucks since NZ also, thanks to my adorable roomie Anna. DW thinks they taste terrible. But we both love the SC Chai Latté!

EEKS! I'm going to be late for work! 

Thankful Thursday 

• that I can read a book more than once, and still enjoy it (I'm currently re-reading 'New Moon' and although majority of Twilight fans are big Edward fans, I have to say, I like me some Jacob! I LOVE the Edward/Bella relationship, and wouldn't change it, but I sure do like Jacob!)

• Vampire movies/tv shows/books! What can I say, I love vampires!! haha My brother and I have seen MANY a cheesy vampire movie, and I just love it! Who doesn't love Angel and Spike? Come on... David Boreanaz? To quote my sister "There is just something so intriguing about him!"

• Spring! I am so looking forward to the mud and puddles, the fresh clean small, the green starting to emerge! I REALLY hope my iris and daffodils bloom this year! I dug up and separated the roots of my iris plants, and am not too sure they lived heh
  

SO excited! They are so pertyful!

• God's amazing faithfulness! I know right now I should be crazed.. DW got laid off, and my income can't cover all of our expenses, but I know God is faithful! Even if we have to sell our house, or my car, I know that we will be okay! My daddy quoted me a great verse out of Isaiah yesterday when I told him about DW.

• CD3!! Finally! A new one! An 82 day cycle was a little depressing!

• As insane as this probably sounds, DW being laid off! We actually got to spend some non-weekend time together! Wowzah!

• Having my tile almost finished! I think I may have used this one already.. but I'm still thankful it's almost done! The only reason it isn't done, is because I'm being lazy. Plus I'm hormonal and cramptastic! Ohh speaking of which...

• Super Strength Motrin!! Tis wonderful! haha TMI ALERT! TMI ALERT! As a teen I NEVER got cramps... then I got married, got an abnormal cycle, became infertile, and now on the very rare occasion I actually menstruate, it hurts like stink! And is preceded by 1-2 weeks of crazy boob pain! I could go on with my other 'lovely' side effects of being a female but I shan't... Why do guys get it so easy? Seriously! 

Off to watch Bones now! And who wouldn't wanna see this photo again..... 

*sigh* I so have a married lady crush on him!

• That it is almost the weekend!!

• I get to go to Edmonton with my family this weekend

• I saw Kris this week! I love that guy!

• My tile is almost done!!! Just a few more cuts, and grout!!! I'm so excited!

• My work is WAY less stressful this week! YAY for clients gone with family!

• My moose shorts! They are cute!

• It is almost spring! I'm so ready to be done with the itchy dry skin!

Just a few things I am über thankful for!

• Impromptu family suppers/gathers at the 'rents.

• Grapes being on sale! HUZZAH for cheaper fruit!

• Loosing about 10 pounds so far this year.

• the Munchkin, jeepers she is adorable! She has a 'crush' on DW, and is so hilarious when he is around... grinning shyly, saying 'Hi Dew' randomly. Totally HILARIOUS!

• Munchkin's love for the HSM soundtrack, she was dancing to 'Now or Never' last night, and trying to get 'Wahbie' (aka Uncle Robbie) to dance with her! Seriously, she is hilarious! I could write a whole post on just how adorable/funny she was last night!

• Chiropractors - Not only have then done heaps for my dad, myself and DW. Munchkie is now seeing 'Dr. Jack' and it has improved her walking sooo much!! YAY

So, yeah.. its a day late, and apparently I sucked a blogging this week. Probably because I was worried sick (for reason's I shall not explain on my blog), and drugged up because I was also sick... Still am! I am just about over the loveliness of having a double ear infection, and bronchitis! YAY me! Without further ado,
